Temperature resistance temperature of constant power electric heating belt: 205℃,
Temperature resistance temperature of MI armored electric heating belt: 800℃.
Reasonable selection of the temperature maintenance range of electric heating products to meet your project needs can effectively avoid energy waste and control project budgets.
If you need to maintain the temperature at 30 degrees Celsius for a long time, you can configure the heating power of the low-temperature heating belt through a temperature controller.
Constant power electric heating belts often require a thermostat to control the temperature, while self-limiting temperature electric heating belts do not need to install a temperature controller. It has a PTC effect and can independently control the temperature.
Of course, when it comes to specific project applications, the selection of electric heating products also requires the provision of ambient temperature parameters, specific parameters of on-site equipment, etc. for determination.
